Table Games coming to Harrahs Chester

Had dinner tonight with M&J at Harrahs Chester at the Cove, a really lovely restaurant. While enjoying cocktails at the bar Karen, the Fri night bartender, informed us of the upcoming plan for table games at Chester.

They will be closing Aces Diner and that will become the main area for the table games. They will also wrap around the floor up to the Stir Bar. Slot machines will be relocated down to the elevators outside the cove and end zone to make more room....

With slot machines that have an interactive bonus, such as Lucky Lemmings where you pick one of three eggs to determine how many lemmings get to cliff dive, it is my theory that it doesn't matter what you pick; the outcome of your original spin, including the outcome of any associated bonus round, is pre-determined right from the split second the original spin is initiated. Nearby Toms River sponsors the second biggest Halloween parade in the world - NYC being the largest. Average attendance is over 100,000 people and it is well worth it. We just booked our December trip to Las Vegas - staying at Paris for seven days - almost all comped - for the grand opening of City Center scheduled for December 16th.

Taj 10/28-10/30 All around great time.

As always, we were excited about this trip since it was only the core 3 girls. The last few trips there were daughters, cousins and aunts that came along, kind of crimping our gambling style but made the trips enjoyable just the same.
