Posts: 884 01/25/09 05:44:36	Usually there is a kiosk where you swipe your ticket and your car gets there faster. Harrah's seems to move there valet pickup area weekly. This is what the valet driver told me. Your friend will just have to inquire when he drops off his car. Make sure he shows his Diamond card when he pulls in to drop off the car.

Posts: 807 01/27/09 10:36:35 Moderator	TBPH, I have swiped and gone to the cashier to try and get my car faster as a Diamond member. If they are busy even in the slightest, I haven't found that I got my car any faster than a Gold member. We have watched several times and it irritates me even thinking about it. Why tell you that Diamond gets preferential treatment and then don't follow thru? Some of it's magic and some of it's tragic, but I had a good life all the way

Posts: 21 01/29/09 09:25:10	If you look outside where you pick up your vehicle they have a TV that shows you where you are in the list of cars to be delivered. We are all in line according to a tier rating 1-4 ( I don't remember if 1 = 7 Stars or Gold) you find yourself by the number on your valet ticket. Since there are more Diamond Card holders it usually take awhile to get your car but you are getting it before a Gold Card holder.

Posts: 807 01/30/09 15:24:57 Moderator	I still call malarkey on it tiger, although I am sure you are right. We were there one rainy day months ago and we were the last to swipe and the last to leave. Want to say there were about thirty cars total waiting. Now unless they were all Diamond or 7 Stars (which they weren't), we were taken in the order we came and it blew. Just sayin. Their system needs some work or they need to follow what the system says. Not as if it has stopped me from going or anything and I don't think I have the ability to self-park ever again. Some of it's magic and some of it's tragic, but I had a good life all the way
