Posts: 2 10/28/09 14:47:27	Tags : None Hey guys, first time posting here. I am going to be staying at Harrah's from Nov. 29 - Dec. 1. I am going with my girlfriend and am looking to get a nice meal (somewhere in the $100-$125 range). I have been to AC a few times, but I usually go with a friend and we pound Bud Light cans in the casino and hit up the Irish pub for cheap beer and food. Any ideas for a decent meal? (It doesn't have to be in a casino) Also, any decent bars with good drink specials? (I am guessing the girlfriend doesn't want to sit in the Irish pub til 6 in the morning drinking dirt cheap beer) Thanks!

Posts: 561 10/28/09 20:02:40	In Harrahs itself, the Steakhouse and Polistina's are both excellent, as is McCormack & Schmicks. Not sure what will be open during your stay, however, since the casinos have cut back on restaurant hours on weekdays. Outside the casino, Dock's Oyster House, the Old Waterway Inn, Angelo's Fairmount Tavern are all great choices. Again, call for hours. In Harrahs, the Sapphire Bar serves very potent drinks if Ralph is bartending! Enjoy your trip and be sure to post a report! Be Happy! PAULA
